Bought the worthless piece software to convert MXF video files from Panasonic P2 card.
Any MXF file over 2 GB will not work. Error message appears and conversion stops.
Tried using different video format sources (dvcpro, dvcpro50, HD 720, HD1080) and converting
to different video outputs (avi type 1, avi type 2, avi canopus type 1, avi canopus type 2, quicktime) . Nothing works.
Contacted Focus Enhancements numerous times (from May 14 2008 until now)
Their support team are either non responsive or non extistent. Only heard from them once which offered no help whatsoever. Never heard from them ever since.
My humble advice to you is don't even consider using this piece of @#$%!
It is a guarantee waste of time and money!
